'Covid-19 Secure’


This event will operate within all Government Guidelines and additional measures will be implemented to ensure the safety of all persons attending or performing and we will provide a ‘safe place of work’ for employees.


Covid-19 Secure measures to include;


  • Social Distancing – achieved by over 80% reduction in usual site capacity, marked area’s, seating layout, conspicuous signage throughout the site and Security/Steward supervision.

  • ‘1 Metre +’ will be adhered to throughout the event. Social distancing will be maintained where there is any necessity for queuing.


  • NHS Test & Trace – Full Contact details of Attendees will be obtained at the time of Ticket Purchase and confirmed upon arrival. Contact details being retained for a minimum of 21 days after event/attendance.

  • Fever Screening – All persons attending the the event, in whatever capacity, will be Temperature checked before being allowed entry to event site

  • Hygiene Facilities – access to hand-washing stations with soap & water or hand sanitizer containing at least 60%. Information Signage on Proper Hand-washing (20 seconds)

  • Cleaning- Increased cleaning of site and facilities, before, during and after event. 

  • Contactless Payments/ Ticket Handling – Use a contactless method for exchanging or verifying items like tickets or identification, and for accepting payments at the event.

  • Face Coverings/Gloves – recommend use in line with Government advice/law, and provide as required 

  • Medical – First Aid facilities – on site to include isolated area for any person attending displaying Covid-19 symptoms at event

  • Communication – Ensure lines of Communication of any Covid-19 symptoms/cases to Venue owner/Public Health officials/staff and attendees.

  • Groups of customers will be limited to 2 households (including support bubbles) or groups of a maximum of 6 people from any number of households. On booking, customers will be asked to confirm that the “party”complies with the Government restrictions per household numbers as described.

  • Admissions will be staggered so that customers arrivals are spread evenly, and queues are kept to a minimum. 2m, or 1m + (with risk mitigation) where 2m is not viable.

  • All staff must provide each day before entering the Event site a COVID-19 Health Check Declaration.
